Constant patient monitoring

A lightweight and wearable non-invasive vital signs monitoring system is ideal for tip of the spear units frequently operating in the most rugged and austere conditions on the planet. Using real time continuous display of each soldier’s vital signs, critical conditions such as internal bleeding, hot and cold weather injuries, and dehydration can be identified for early diagnosis and treatment. This continuous patient monitoring enhances battlefield triage by automatically and objectively documenting and categorizing patients at point of care, assisting them to get to the definitive care faster.

Telehealth in the Field

For SOCOM units operating, at times, days away from a clinic environment, optimized telehealth options are essential. Sempulse technology is tested for accuracy against clinical grade vital signs monitors and consolidates multiple medical devices into one compact(<1oz.) and efficient form factor, making for easy transport. Doctors can view live and historic trending vital signs when interacting and consulting, affording them increased awareness and insight into a patient’s status, resulting in improved care.

Peak Performance Training

Comprehensive tracked physiological data highly optimizes the training and treatment of warrior athletes. During training, the continuous monitoring of soldiers’ biometric data reduces overuse injuries, heat exhaustion, and dehydration allowing for a higher rate of deployability across all SOCOM units. A robust library of historic recorded data allows trainers to track their athlete’s progress in exercises and to easily identify areas of emphasis for future performance enhancement. The stream of comprehensive bio-feedback on each warrior athlete also allows units to identify which soldiers are currently in recovery, helping them to optimize soldier rotations based on physiological status. Applicable in the garrison environment or in the field, Sempulse performance tracking capabilities enable trainers to make smarter and more informed decisions about their unit’s soldiers.
